Supply Chain Finance: Factoring, PID, STBL & Controls

Apply Capital XB–style SCF LOS/LMS patterns — export/domestic factoring, purchase invoice discounting, STBL, limits/drawdowns, invoice groups, and maker-checker disbursements.

Objectives

  • ▸Differentiate export factoring, domestic factoring, PID, and STBL
  • ▸Explain limit entities, facilities, advance ratio, and drawdowns
  • ▸Walk invoice group approval into LMS disbursement
  • ▸Place maker-checker, NOA, and FCY settlement in the operating model

Supply Chain Finance funds payables or receivables tied to real trade — not generic cash. Core risk questions: Who is the obligor? How verifiable is the invoice? What is dilution risk (returns, disputes)? Who remits where? LOS captures entity, promoters, debtors, documents, analysis, CAM, pricing, KYC/AML, and limits; LMS turns approved invoices into disbursements and collections.
